Contact Congress PDF Print E-mail

One of the most effective ways to pass legislation is to contact your Representatives and Senators in Congress. Your Representatives and Senators really do listen to the needs of their constituents, especially when enough people are asking for change.

Calling the office is probably the best way to to make sure that you are heard. You can use the scripts below when you call.

E-mail CongressAlthough calling Congress is the best method of contact, you can also e-mail your congress member if this is easier for you.
